Dr. Orestis Kasinopoulos is a Research Associate for the Stay on Track project, at the University of Cyprus. He is a registered Clinical Psychologist, trained in empirically validated psychological approaches such as CBT and ACT. He has significant experience working with patients with chronic conditions and chronic pain in rehabilitation and clinical settings as well as within the community. His research interests evolve around e-health/digital psychological interventions for chronic conditions, as well as adherence and user engagement. For his Ph.D. thesis he developed and assessed an online psychological intervention to facilitate pain management in chronic pain sufferers. Dr. Kasinopoulos has actively participated in a number of international scientific conferences, while contributing to the scientific literature.
